Welcome to the new 2023 HCA Uniform Store!

We have created a totally new site to make your ordering experience faster and more efficient. In addition to adding scrub brands, we're now offering new casual apparel in addition to apparel for departments that include EVS, Food Service and Security.

Here are the changes we've incorporated into our new site:

1. Please create a new account which will take less than two minutes to complete as our new site requires new registration (one-time only.)

2. Click on the product category you're interested in - click on the item and then click ADD TO CART. Choose your sizes and if you want to add another color of the same item scroll down and choose ADD ANOTHER COLOR. If the size or color isn?t available on our site it's out of stock and we don't place backorders because future stock availability from our vendors isn't reliable.

3. If you require embroidery, please click YES under Logo Embroidery and select the location where you want your uniforms decorated. visual fx will email you a copy of your logo to confirm that it?s approved to finalize the order. Your order will be on hold until we receive approval for your logo.

(If you're a new customer, please forward high resolution camera-ready artwork to customerservice@vfxstores.com. And we will create a new embroidery tape at the cost of $75.00, one time charge. If you've ordered before, we have your logo on file and will contact you if we have any questions about your order.)

4. Orders with different logo instructions cannot be combined and must be submitted as separate orders. We can combine orders to ship together to the same address and you can enter this in NOTES & REQUESTS.

5. Should you require name personalization, enter your detailed information, choose where you want the personalization and choose the font which will be sewn ½" tall in black thread on light garments and white thread on dark garments. Please double check your name personalization spelling as visual fx is not responsible for incorrect spelling errors.

6. When you finalize your order click on CHECKOUT and it will take you to LOG IN/REGISTER where you'll be required to enter your email address and password. If you are logged in already, you will skip this step.

7. CLICK ON FedEx ground - Orders that include embroidery have freight charges that include freight to our embroidery vendor and freight to your clinic. All shipping is via FedEx ground and expedited shipping requires a detailed quote upon request which you can enter in NOTES & REQUESTS.

8. ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER YOU CONFIRM your logo embroidery via email because all orders are electronically placed within seconds. We cannot add to an order once it's placed as additional items will require a new and separate order.

9. After you place your order - please print it out or forward it into a file to save as it will match your invoice. Orders will typically ship 2- 2 ½ weeks after our embroidery vendor receives the items if we have your logo on file and stock is available.

10. Once the order is shipped, we will email the invoice to: HCAPS.AP_INVOICE_FAX@HCAHEALTHCARE.COM and copy you as a convenience. visual fx has outsourced all of our accounting functions and all invoices will be sent from our 3rd party vendor, ipromoteu and are payable to ipromoteu (please call us for a more detailed explanation.)

11. Any items that require exchange or are defective MUST NOTIFY visual fx within 30 days of the order receipt to receive credit. Exchanged items are subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% plus freight to return the items and freight to ship the replacements. Any defective or exchanged items REQUIRE contacting visual fx and we will email a return authorization label which is the requirement from our uniform vendors to accept a return.
